Kids Party Planning Checklist
Planning a party that meets the needs of children can be challenging, however it is never impossible. If done correctly, it can be fun, engaging and even exciting. One thing you can't afford to live without when planning your child's party is a party planning checklist. Consider the tool below when planning your child's next party. It will ensure that you do not forget any party essentials on your child's special day.
PARTY PLANNER CHECKLIST For the Planner:?Choose the most suitable Party Date (at least one month in advance).?Select the Party Time, to go for 1.5 to 3 hours at the most, taking into consideration the age of the children.?Location, give this some serious thought and include the child in the decision making process.?Decide on the number of guests?Decide on a Party Theme (see our book for ideas and suggestions. There are many great themed invitations available; you may be able to link them to the party theme. Then again, you may enjoy making your own. Parties are fun for most, but can turn into a nightmare for neighbours.Here are a few tips to ensure that you remain on good terms with your neighbours after your party ends. 1. Tell them about your party well in advance. They need to know start and end times, number of guests etc. 2.
If possible invite your neighbours. 3. Make sure that your guests don't park where they shouldn't and ensure the neighbours have access to their property at all times. 4. Keep the noise to a reasonable level especially after 11 pm.
5. Many people even though they are upset with something don't complain so check on your neighbours during the course of the party to make sure that they are OK with everything. Give them a quick contact in the event of problems. 6. Respect your neighbours views.
